CODY PLAYS

Cody is a playmaker. He is the playwright in residence at the Provincetown Theater for 2025.

He will spend his residency writing and staging five plays. The first four of these plays will be one-acts inspired by each play in the ProvTheater’s 2025 season. These four plays will happen one-night-only during each respective play’s run at the theater on their sets. The fifth is a full-length original work, currently titled Dune Inn. This play will have its first reading on February 22nd at 7pm. The premiere of the play will be in late October.

Cody will also be continuing his community theater project CODY PLAYS. Once a month in the off-season and weekly in the high season, Cody works with a new guest collaborator from Provincetown to create a play in a matter of a few days and stage it one night only with a cast made up of our friends and loved ones.
